11/3/25 Demetre’s Response — Silence

On the 25th of October, the Riviera Estates Tenants’ Union presented our collective demands for a safe, affordable, and respectful community.

In response, Demetre and Elevate Eagle Management brushed them aside.

He refused to address the core issues: the 40% rent hike, the total destruction of our trees, and the harassment of residents with unfair fines and threats.

Instead, he touted "improvements" we never asked for while ignoring the damage he has already caused. Repaving a road does not replace a stolen home. Planting a sapling does not compensate for a mature tree cut down without consent.

Our demands are not a suggestion. They are the non-negotiable position of a supermajority. We will not be distracted. We will not be silenced.

The clock is ticking. Our deadline for a good-faith response stands.
